The Village of Harrison was created out of unincorporated parts of the Town of Harrison plus a strip of the Town of Buchanan, specifically the right of way along County Highway KK over in Outagamie County. It also keeps unusual hours. The village office publishes counter times of half past seven to ten in the morning and two to half past three in the afternoon, five days a week, at its building on State Road 114. If a permit has to be signed before a Monday start, that window is the whole of it.
